Our Story



Kelly is the owner of Full Life Fitness and a Specialised trainer in Exercise and rehabilitation, a Level 1 Registered Yoga Teacher and qualified Pilates instructor and who has the life experience and maturity in the fitness industry to provide you with the knowledge to change for positive long term health.

Kelly is passionate and authentic in her approach to educate you about the importance of pelvic floor, functional movements, and exercising for good physical and mental health. She specialises in women’s health and how to regain their life through yoga, bushwalks and/or sensible exercise programs (without fear of pelvic floor dysfunction).  She also loves to pursue other passions such as trekking adventures, yoga retreats and to educate and motivate clients in a real setting and in the real world about how to achieve balance and a healthy lifestyle.

Kelly has been hiking since 2008 and prior to that was active all of her life with a military and sporting background. She realised that the challenge of hiking adventures provide a real sense of achievement and is empowering. Kelly now meticuloulsy plans travel adventures that will encourage Ladies to step outside their comfort zone and find that sense of adventure within. Hiking is great for goal setting and provides a fantastic sense of accomplishment at the end of every adventure.

On a personal level she strives for continual challenges and believes life is too short not to have a go at your bucket list.  In 2011 Kelly, husband and 2 sons took on the South Coast Track, Tasmania, 85km of rugged frontier in Tasmania (a snippet of the story can be read http://www.greatwalks.com.au/news/tassie-s-south-coast-track-is-a-muddy-affair). Having done different multiday hikes in Tasmania, New Zealand and Japan, Kokoda Track,  Kelly has the experience to train you for your next adventure and /or take you on that next big trip. Our programs include weekly local bushwalks, monthly events and we also have several exciting multi-day adventures planned.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Blake is our qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. Regular massage can help maintain  body suppleness, release stress and improve muscle function. If you have particular tightness or tension, a remedial massage is beneficial to release the tightness. A relaxation massage helps to de-stress and is flowing strokes to improve circulation. 30 mins – $30,  60 minutes $50

Affordable Training options

Personal Training – Private Studio or Home visits (fee applies)

Functional Movement Training – Private Studio or Home visits (fee applies)

Small Group Yoga – Private and quiet Studio, Yoga in the Wild (bush setting)

Group Training (includes cardio, weight training, functional activities suited to your abilities) – mobile sessions available or grab a buddy or two and train together in the studio.

Adventure Club Membership. – Join our community of like minded people by building an active lifestyle. Fithike training, whether it’s training for one of our hikes, or another event this is a great way to meet other people, enjoy the outdoors, whilst being supported by an experienced trainer , why not join us. Weekly events, and first Sunday of every month. Dates area available on our online booking page.
