I have been seeing Kelly twice a week – PT session and yoga – for almost 7 months now. In that time I have lost over 13kg, 13cm from my waist, 16 cm from my tummy, 14cm from my hips and 6.5 cm from each thigh! I have never been an exerciser – this is the first time I have stuck to anything for such a long period of time. Kelly takes age, injury and ability in to account.  My fitness level and flexibility are amazing compared to when I first started. My heartburn has disappeared and my self confidence has improved. Her knowledge and experience have enabled me to achieve results I didn’t think possible. Goal is still a little way off, but when I get there I plan to keep seeing Kelly – her attitude, friendliness and sense of humor make it enjoyable and fun – although I probably wouldn’t agree with that in the middle of a session! Kel is brilliant! She genuinely cares about all her clients and will tailor plans that suit everyone, whether you are an athlete – or have never gotten off the couch before. Kel is the best trainer I have come across, she cares about you as a person. Exercise programs are tailored to your individual fitness level and ability, even during classes Kel will modify the exercise if you have any injuries or just can’t manage the pose. Kel will keep in touch with you to make sure you are getting the best out of yourself. The fitness hikes she arranges are a great experience and they challenge you to be the best and bravest person you can be. I have found Kelly to be an inspiration of what can be achieved with patience and perseverance not just in Yoga but in all aspects of life. Kelly is as meticulous with her own training as she is with the delivery of her classes to us as we all have such varying abilities. Kelly always makes you feel like you have achieved a lot even when the improvements are miniscule and she understands what is happening to us despite the variety of limitations we all have. I always look forward to my classes with Kelly as I come away feeling relaxed as well as energised not to mention the feel good feeling her humour generates. I just wanted to send a note to say thanks. It has only been 3 weeks since I walked in the door but I feel like I belong. Something that has never happened before when I’ve tried to improve my fitness. It is so nice to know someone understands me, encourages me and actually believes I can achieve my goals. Kel has been a blessing in my life since I first met her in August 2105. I thought I was fit and healthy going to gym classes for the past 3 years but didn’t realise how unstable my core was, and how dangerous some of the ‘gym’ exercises were to my core and body in general. I have had lower back pain for many years and have suffered when going on long trips, to the point I can hardly walk when getting out of the car.  I have tried many things to assist in this area with no success.  However I was recommended to Kelly from one of my weight watchers members ( I am a Weight Watchers Leader ) and my whole life has turned around.

Through Kelly’s Pilates classes and personal training, I find now that my back and my whole body is much more flexible, getting out of  bed, sitting in the car is now so much easier. I walk every day for 30-40 minutes and never realised just how stiff  my body was.  Kelly’s pilates classes are very relaxing, full of energy and I feel very comfortable.

Kelly has taught me that exercise can be relaxing, very beneficial and it does not have to involve pain. I will be not only be healthier but also more flexible in body.

The trip was great, so well organised, and I really appreciated the help I received from  all your family. The Zip trek pushed me out of my comfort zone, and that’s a good thing, character building, as they say!!
