WOMEN’S WEEKEND IN THE WILD 6-8 OCT 17

Spring Yoga and hiking weekend (Friday 2pm – Sunday 11am)
Time for an adventure getaway weekend we are heading down the coast to camp, bushwalk, take on some adventure activities (some optional activities may be additional cost) and yoga in the Wild. The camp will be set for your arrival on Friday afternoon, so just head down. Enjoy a number of different bush walks (different levels and tracks available), fitness activities (maybe a tree challenge or 2) and yoga. It’s no secret that being in nature boosts your mood, and we have proven how it provides therapeutic health benefits on recent hikes and bushwalking.  Bushwalking can reset your whole system, mentally and physically, giving your mind and body a positive kick start.  This is an opportunity to enjoy nature, it’s also time to relax, unwind – get away from work, responsibilities and technology (no phone reception). We will have a relaxing yoga session in a serene location. Why not grab a friend and come along to this yoga and hiking retreat. Large Group tent, that you can stand up in, stretchers or air mattresses for a comfortable sleep. Smaller private tents are also available (on request).  We will be located in a Base camp, so there are no heavy packs required for our walks.
What’s included: All the hard work is done before you arrive, tents supplied and erected for you, a base camp including cooking gear, gas, freshly prepared healthy meals, utensils, stretchers, thick air mattresses, down sleeping bags provided (if you don’t have one), training sessions, bushwalks, team building activities, yoga for stretches and meditation. This will be a structured health and wellbeing weekend, but will include plenty of time for relaxation and maybe over a few cold beverages (own cost). Shower and toilet facilities available.
Tree Top Challenge is included, Canyon zipline (own cost)

Bookings required 31 Aug 17.

Site has been booked.
Cost $250 Adventure Club members, $275 Non members.
