6 WEEK HEALTH CHALLENGE – ARE YOU READY?
Come and join our next round of our 6 Week Health Challenge. Sometimes the hardest part to get healthier is to take that first step. So what makes this program different from yet another bootcamp, quick weight loss gimmick. This is a mindset change as well as a physical one. In the current and previous challenges we have recorded results that have included: reduced blood pressure, better resting heart rate, improved sleep, more energy and productivity, better self efficacy, cardiovascular improvements, reduced body mass, body fat losses, muscle gain, reduced measurements, improved metabolic age, improved pelvic floor function and feeling GREAT! Now is the time to give yourself the gift of good health. 2018 – is the year for change and there are no excuses for not exercising.
What about the excuses? I don’t know how many times that I have heard “But I got injured in the past from doing exercises” but those injuries were probably as a result of incorrect exercises that were not designed specifically for YOU, or by performing unsafe exercises from online programs or given to you by inexperienced trainers. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. When searching around for a PT, don’t be afraid to ask for the trainer’s experience, qualifications and also ask if they are registered and insured for what they are teaching. If they are not registered with governing bodies, you will probably find that they are also not insured in the event that something does go wrong. We have a few options to choose from to suit your budget:
Option 1: PERSONAL ASSESSMENT PRE AND POST plus closed Facebook Page access $115
Initial and post challenge assessments 45 – 60 mins. Normally $60 a session, and access to the closed FB page for $15 to stay focused with training tips over the 6 weeks of the challenge. Great Option for those who can’t make classes, but would still like to participate.
You’ll have access to download our Exercise Program to follow which includes photos of each exercise.
Option 2 : FULL PACKAGE CHALLENGE $240
Attendance at Classes over the 6 weeks (includes up to 3 Group Classes plus 2 x bushwalks)
Full assessment start and finish as well as attend any of these classes (but be quick as there are still limited numbers for classes)

What are Fitcamps: functional and posturally correct activities – There are NO SITUPS, CRUNCHES, BURPEES ever! These are unsafe for middle aged women and can cause damage to your body.
Yoga- Iyengar, Hatha (restorative asanas and short meditation.
Option 3: SOLO WOMAN $15
Go solo – Access to FB page is $15 for the 6 weeks of the challenge. I ‘ll post an exercise diary and some challenges over the 6 weeks on FB, the rest is up to you.
Option 4: ADVENTURE CLUB ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP $110
All bush walks Feb and Mar are included as well as access to the FB 6 week online Challenge that started 8 Jan 18, discounted walks/events beyond March. NOTE: this option does not include personal assessments or class attendances, however you can pay casually if you can attend any available sessions.
