Yogatreks are designed to empower clients, enjoy the benefits of trekking and yoga for mindfulness, fitness and camaraderie. Hikes range from easy to moderate in ability. Even if you are not going on the hike itself, you can come along to our training sessions, meet new friends and gain confidence of walking bush tracks.
