Join us to transform and kickstart your weight loss and metabolism. We start with an initial consultation to find out what your goals are, so we can tailor a program specifically for you. We take into consideration your medical history, injuries and any aversions when it comes to exercise. You will not be forced to participate in any activity you do not like, you will never do situps, crunches or burpees and those exercises that are not only bad for your back but potentially causing pelvic floor dysfunction. Our proven exercise program is completely safe and may actually help with all aspects of your life. We have recorded statistics in previous challenges with improvements in:

  • improved flexibility,
  • increased strength,
  • decrease BMI (body mass index),
  • improved balance,
  • quality of sleep,
  • added benefits included decreased body fat,
  • reduction in medications,

If you haven’t exercised for a while, we start gently and build your fitness gradually. I will equip you with some strategies to maintain an exercise routine and also put some planning tips in place for long term maintenance of the weight loss.
