Our Work Well Yoga Program is tailored to the ability of the individuals in the group, to ensure all staff can participate safely. Workers build on their ability each week, and start to feel more confident as their body and mind feel healthier and happier. The program is designed to de-stress workers, teaching good posture, alignment, breathing techniques to overcome stress and health issues.
