VIRTUAL TRAINING – HIIT, PERSONAL TRAINING AND YOGA
It’s business as usual – just with a few location changes.
An opportunity to train at home or workplace with virtual online training. We are still enjoying yoga sessions, HIIT, personal training, rehab exercises all from the comfort of your home or workplace.
My online fitness program was designed for people who didn’t fit into the mould of bootcamps, gyms or wanted to cause further injuries with unsafe exercises. We are still providing live support 6 days a week, to keep you motivated and to help you stay on your health journey.
Our recorded sessions FLF EXPRESS TRAIN (ET) will suit those who cant fit into a regular time slot or just need a quick stretch, or core workout before or after. A number of short sessions on the ET facebook site which you access and can combine together to make a longer session, or join in one a previously recorded HIIT with the crew. These are suitable for anyone and modification and progressions can be given to suit you.
All you need is a device you can load the zoom app, and we can assist you to set up the rest.As long as you can open an email on that device.
