I have been seeing Kelly twice a week – PT session and yoga – for almost 7 months now. In that time I have lost over 13kg, 13cm from my waist, 16 cm from my tummy, 14cm from my hips and 6.5 cm from each thigh! I have never been an exerciser – this is the first time I have stuck to anything for such a long period of time. Kelly takes age, injury and ability in to account.  My fitness level and flexibility are amazing compared to when I first started. My heartburn has disappeared and my self confidence has improved. Her knowledge and experience have enabled me to achieve results I didn’t think possible. Goal is still a little way off, but when I get there I plan to keep seeing Kelly – her attitude, friendliness and sense of humor make it enjoyable and fun – although I probably wouldn’t agree with that in the middle of a session! I have changed a lot since my initial phone call to Kelly. We did a couple of one on one PT sessions, during that time Kelly was able to assess what level my fitness was (without me even realising she was doing it !), she got to know & understand me by doing this. Kelly then (ever so gently) suggested activities that she know I would enjoy & also deliver the health improvements I wanted (& needed). Kelly was with me through my 1st Yoga session then with my 1st hike. There have been many Yoga sessions & hikes since then & I absolutely love it !!!!!!. I have made a lot of new friends with some incredible women who also enjoy the full range of the activities that Kelly offers. Exercise programs are tailored to your individual fitness level and ability, even during classes Kel will modify the exercise if you have any injuries or just can’t manage the pose. The fitness hikes she arranges are a great experience and they challenge you to be the best and bravest person you can be. I have found Kelly to be an inspiration of what can be achieved with patience and perseverance not just in Yoga but in all aspects of life. Kelly is as meticulous with her own training as she is with the delivery of her classes to us as we all have such varying abilities. I just wanted to send a note to say thanks. It has only been 3 weeks since I walked in the door but I feel like I belong. Something that has never happened before when I’ve tried to improve my fitness. It is so nice to know someone understands me, encourages me and actually believes I can achieve my goals. I realise it is a long term journey but I feel for once I am in a place where I can achieve my dream.I feel very lucky that I was at Weight Watchers that night you visited. I think sometimes things happen for a reason and I think this was the time for me to change my destructive pathway and set myself up to enjoy the rest of my life.

Fantastic – I think it was the best holiday I have ever had – I felt as though I got to see some of the real Japan.

Through Kelly’s Pilates classes and personal training, I find now that my back and my whole body is much more flexible, getting out of  bed, sitting in the car is now so much easier. I walk every day for 30-40 minutes and never realised just how stiff  my body was.  Kelly’s pilates classes are very relaxing, full of energy and I feel very comfortable.

Kelly has taught me that exercise can be relaxing, very beneficial and it does not have to involve pain. I will be not only be healthier but also more flexible in body.

The trip was great, so well organised, and I really appreciated the help I received from  all your family. The Zip trek pushed me out of my comfort zone, and that’s a good thing, character building, as they say!!
