Kel has been a blessing in my life since I first met her in August 2105. I thought I was fit and healthy going to gym classes for the past 3 years but didn’t realise how unstable my core was, and how dangerous some of the ‘gym’ exercises were to my core and body in general. Kel has assisted me with her extensive knowledge of the body and reduced my pain and risk of injury. Her kindness and genuine desire to help and see me achieve my health goals is unwavering. I look forward to each and every class with Kel and it is a highlight my week and I come away feeling energised and inspired. Thanks Kel x
