Time for an adventure weekend, bush walks, relaxation and yoga in the Wild. We will be transported to a section of the Brisbane valley Rail Trail, where we hike 14kms, on completion transfer back to our camp accommodation, under protection of a farm shed. The camp will be set for your arrival in the afternoon, so just bring your sleeping bag, chair and some refreshments(optional). Enjoy a number of different activities, learn how to fire weapons (target shooting only) professional archery coaching and lesson, hay rides, dairy visit, cattle processing and learn the workings of the farm. We will have daily morning Yoga sessions to watch the sunrise before a hearty breakfast. All meals prepared fresh and cooked for you. It’s no secret that being in nature boosts your mood, and we have proven how it provides therapeutic health benefits on recent hikes and bush walking. Bush walking can reset your whole system, mentally and physically, giving your mind and body a positive kick start. This is an opportunity to enjoy nature, it’s also time to relax, unwind – get away from work, responsibilities and technology (no phone reception). We will have a relaxing yoga session in a serene location. Why not grab a friend and come along to this weekend. Group tent, that you can stand up in, stretchers and quality thick mattresses for a comfortable sleep. We will be located in a Base camp, so there are no heavy packs required for our walks.
What’s included: A base camp including cooking gear, gas, freshly prepared healthy meals, utensils, stretchers, thick air mattresses, down sleeping bags provided (if you don’t have one), training sessions, bushwalks, team building activities, yoga for stretches and meditation. This will be a structured health and wellbeing weekend, but will include plenty of time for relaxation and maybe over a few cold beverages (own cost).
